'12 1st BELT PROMOTION TEST was successfully conducted at Garden City FITNESS
CENTRE on 22nd Apr 2012. Everyone did their best to fulfill the requirements.
The main purpose of this
event is to find out where you stand in terms of your technical level and
physical abilities. How many push ups can you make? How is your flexibility? How
much do you know about the required Kata? You got all your answers today. Now
train hard to make improvement in each category.
